Where is my data stored, and is Triviyo GDPR compliant?

Who hosts Triviyo, which subprocessors are used, and how GDPR obligations are handled.

Triviyo is operated by Getia AS, a Norwegian company (org. no. 926 610 198), which acts as data processor for the guest data you store in Triviyo.

Hosting and subprocessors

The application and database are hosted by Railway. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Cloudflare provides CDN, DNS and security. The full list of subprocessors, with their purpose and location, is on the subprocessors page. Several subprocessors are located in the United States; transfers outside the EEA rely on Standard Contractual Clauses.

GDPR

  • A Data Processing Agreement is available for every customer.
  • Card data is handled by Stripe and never stored by Triviyo.
  • Account owners can request deletion of their account and personal data from their account settings.

Security practices are described on the security page.
