How do I switch from another booking system?

What to export from your current system and how to move experiences, customers and future bookings.

Switching usually takes three steps.

  1. Export your data from your current system: experiences or products, customer list, and future bookings, as CSV files if your system offers them.
  2. Recreate your experiences in Triviyo with prices, capacity and availability, and connect Stripe.
  3. Move future bookings and customers. Contact us with your export and we help you import it.

Run both systems side by side until your Triviyo booking page is live, then update the booking links on your website and marketplaces.
