How do guests pay, and when do I get paid?

Guest payments run through Stripe Connect and are paid out to your own bank account by Stripe.

Triviyo processes guest payments through Stripe Connect. You connect or create a Stripe account under Settings → Payments, and booking payments are paid into that account.

Payment methods

Guests can pay by card, and, where Stripe supports them for your country and currency, with Apple Pay, Google Pay, iDEAL, PayPal, MobilePay and Klarna.

Payouts

Stripe pays out your balance to your bank account on your Stripe payout schedule. Triviyo never holds your money; the platform fee is deducted from each payment at the time of booking.

Refunds

Refunds are issued from the booking in Triviyo and returned to the guest's original payment method through Stripe. Your cancellation policy controls how much is refunded.
