When guests pay online through Triviyo, a platform fee of 2.5% is deducted from each booking payment. The same fee applies on every plan, including the free plan.
Enterprise contracts can agree a different fee. The fee that applies to your account is always shown under Settings → Payments, where you can also choose whether your business or your guest pays it.
