How do affiliates sign up?
You host a branded landing page — Triviyo generates it automatically — where creators and partners apply. You approve or reject inside your dashboard, and approved affiliates get their deep links and promo codes immediately.
How is attribution tracked?
Server-side tracking with first-touch and last-touch options. Clicks are logged with a 30-day cookie window by default (configurable), and attribution survives cross-device journeys when the same guest email appears at checkout.
What commission models are supported?
Flat percentage, flat fee per booking, tiered commission based on volume, or custom rates per affiliate. You can also set different rates per experience — useful when margins vary.
How and when do affiliates get paid?
On the schedule you set — weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly. We hold back commission during your refund window (configurable, typically 7–30 days) so you are never paying out commission on cancelled bookings. Stripe Connect handles the transfer.
Can I pay affiliates in their local currency?
Yes. Commission rates can be set per currency, and payouts go out in the affiliate's preferred currency via Stripe Connect. Works in every country Stripe supports.
Is there an extra fee for the affiliate module?
No. It is included in every Triviyo plan — no per-affiliate fee, no transaction fee on top. Stripe Connect payout fees are standard Stripe rates, passed through at cost.
