Yes. Every signed waiver captures the signer's typed legal name, drawn signature, timestamp, IP address, device fingerprint, and the exact template version — the evidence bundle standard e-signature law (ESIGN in the US, eIDAS in the EU) requires for enforceability. Can I use different waivers for different experiences?
